Pei Wei...

Went to Pei Wei tonight for Girl's Night to meet up with Jen and a couple new friends!

We had a great time and some really good girl talk! We heard great stories about Italy, and now I really want to go there! I mostly want to eat my way through Italy!

Many of you know that I am not the biggest fan of Chinese food, but for whatever reason Pei Wei has been sounding really good! And, boy, was it! Yum yum! Mongolian Beef with scallions in a sweet, garlicky sauce with white rice! I was good and didn't get fried rice, but not good enough to get brown rice! I should have asked for extra sauce like Jen!

I hope we continue to have Girl's Night!
