Some of you know that Fisher calls his holey socks, underwear, shorts, pants, etc. veterans. Fisher will not throw or give away the veterans. Some of his socks have the entire heel missing, but he keeps wearing them. Whenever I broach the subject of throwing them away, I get a speech about how the veterans have served him well, and we can't just toss them out. Last week, I decided to rehabilitate some of his sock veterans by darning the holes. So, today, I rehabilitated the first pair to show him. He really likes to tease me about the veterans...it's a fun joke for him. Now because of the rehabilitation he's accusing me of stealing the veterans' glory! Here's the before and after, and Fishers's reaction. As you can tell from the video, he's being really pitiful and pathetic sounding!
