After work, I made a double batch of chocolate icing for a cake this weekend, a pot pie for dinner and batch of potato soup. I've made all of these things plenty of times so it didn't take long, and it was nice to accomplish something!
Potato Soup that I've been making since high school. Way better than any restuarant's version!
Chicken pot pie, I can't fit it all in the pie plate, so I use a 9" baking pan. Very, very easy recipe.
I feel fancy when I get to do things like this in the kitchen.
