Pumpkin Muffins...

October 26th is:
-My birthday
-It's pumpkin day (see link below)
-It's my turn to bring Friday breakfast to work

So, I made Pumpkin Cheesecake Muffins. An altered Pillsbury Pumpkin Bread mix. I made them tonight and popped them in the freezer, since I have "Girl's Night In" tomorrow at Kelli's.

I didn't follow the recipe exactly. I wasn't reading it very closely so I put some things in too early, or put things in that should have went with the topping! Oops! It will be our secret!
Fisher and I taste-tested two...they were yummy! He liked them and he doesn't like pumpkin!
