Bat wings and rotten teeth!
The candy bowl! Reese's peanut butter cups, Snickers and Milky Ways. Opaque so they can't tell you what they want!
Front door with decals on the glass door and my "Potions for Sale" sign!
Warty apple!
Caramel apples on display!
It's our first Halloween in the house! And my first Halloween in a house at all, unless you count the Halloween when I lived with my aunt and uncle for six weeks after moving to Dallas! I always grew up in an apartment, so having kids come is so fun!
We've had six trick-or-treaters so far! I think we'll probably run out of candy soon!
I made caramel apples for the occasion, even though they look like they have warts on them, they are yummy! I think the microwave caused the warts, but the oven seemed to keep them smooth when I popped them in there to finish melting. I ate one while it was still warm! I used the caramel wraps instead of dipping the caramels. Very easy, but I think that is why they are lumpy...too much air underneath! These don't look like the ones on the cover of Martha Stewart!
For dinner, we had bat wings and rotten teeth! Which is really BBQ chicken and corn!
Oh my gosh, the cutest little brother and sister just came! She was Snow White and he was Lightning McQueen's (from Cars) pit crew! They rang the doorbell, knocked and shouted "trick or treat" really loud! They even said thank you after a little memory jog from their parents! So adorable!

2 things to read...:
Looks like you guys really got into the spirit of halloween! We had garlic pasta shells LOL!
I get a little obsessive about themes sometimes...
