I burned a cake tonight that I was making for the housewarming tomorrow. I'll have to rebake in the AM. I really need to pay more attention to this oven and set a timer. It gets so hot so fast. Maybe I should ask for an oven thermometer for Christmas!
Edited to add: I cut off the burned part of the cake (which was smoking), and saved the inside of the cake. Which was still steaming when I cut it! I'm going to save the insides to make cake balls!

Aww well the cupcakes were yummy though! Hopefully that cake didn't turn out like the brownies!
