Works for Me Wednesday...

Found another great blog that hosts a blog carnival called Works for Me Wednesday (WFMW).

I decided to participate this week!

Background: We are a family of two, so when we buy meat on sale in huge quantities, I break it down into more manageble portions by placing it in plastic zipper storage bags. The tip: When I place the meat in the plastic bag, I pour in marinade (Italian dressing, bottled marinade, etc.). The meat marinates while it freezes and while it thaws! An easy double marinade! I also write the marinade and date on the bag with a Sharpie.
