Tamale Molly Casserole...

I accidentally deleted this post, because it was mislabeled as another duplicate post...so I'm reposting.

My mom made this casserole when I was growing up, and she called me Molly, which is why I'm calling it Tamale Molly Casserole.

1 large can Hormel beef tamales
1 can Wolf brand chili, no beans
1/4 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2-3 Kraft single cheese slices

Spread chili in an 8x8 pan. Unwrap tamales and place on top of the chili. Poor chili sauce from tamale can over tamales and chili. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese, and top with Kraft singles. You can omit the shredded cheese if you like. My mom only made it with the Kraft singles.

As a kid I would not eat any other sliced cheese except Kraft. When I got older and realized how much it cost, I branched out to other brands. But nothing was as good. I'm a Kraft girl for sure now!
