Cooking "Light"...

I made a recipe tonight, well let's say a recipe inspired by a recipe from Cooking Light magazine. I'm sure they wouldn't appreciate the extra cream I added or that I used boullion cubes instead of using low sodium chicken broth. Teehee! It's still tasty though!

I also realized, again, that I am terrible with making gravies/sauces. I used cornstarch tonight and didn't think it was getting thick. Of course, it was, and I ended up having to strain the sauce because the cornstarch was making lumps in the middle!

I'll probably also get reported to that blog that keeps track of the inappropriate use of quotation marks.
