I needed to bake something on Thursday night to relieve some stress and tiredness. I had an extra refrigerated pie crust and some apples. I sliced up the apple, tossed the pieces in sugar, cinnamon and cornstarch. Then arranged the apples in a fan pattern, and folded the edges over. I brushed the sides with a beaten egg. Baked for 35 minutes and it was done! Not the tastiest thing, but a recipe worth working on.
