I made Cuban pressed sandwiches and ranch pasta salad. I omitted the pork, which probably doesn't make it much of a Cuban sandwich. We don't have a sandwich press, so I made my own with a pot full of water and a griddle pan! I'd also been craving a ranch pasta salad and I have tons of leftovers for lunch! I should have made some without olives and tomato so Fisher could enjoy it more.
