We had such fun at our Sunday School class' Super Bowl Party! Going into the day I was ready for the Patriots to win, but my thoughts changed over the course of the day and by the end I was ready for the Giants to win! We had lots of delicious food: guacamole, two kinds of tasty queso, jamabalya, meatballs, chicken wings and several other dips! I made baked onion dip (no pic), white brownies and a cheesecake ball with chocolate chips, laces made from Cool Whip! Shaped like a football, of course!
A lot of the cheesecake ball was gone, hardly any onion dip and just a few of the white brownies. I took the white brownies to work (24 of them), and put them out at 1:45PM and all were gone by 6PM!
