Rolled up cake...

I was a cooking mad-woman last night, I made:

• Two bacon, cheddar and onion quiches (one for us, and one for friends)
• Two angel food jelly roll cakes (which I filled with cool whip and cherries tonight and rolled)
• Fried sausage for Friday night's make-your-own-pizza dinner party
• Glazed pecans with brown sugar and cinnamon

Doesn't seem like much now that I've listed it out, but the individual steps added up! In my obsession to rate every recipe that I've saved on allrecipes.com, I had to make the glazed nuts! Plus I wanted to take something sweet to our friends to go with the quiche. One of the cakes is for my uncle Gary (I've been promising it to him) and the other cake is for Friday night as well. Things are slowly getting crossed off my to-do list!
